Protein powders, do you consume them? A lot of Americans do. A lot of people in the entire world do,

not just Americans. And today, I wanted to bring to light not necessarily the brands, but I want to bring to light a lot of the ingredients that are in very popular protein powders.

And I did choose some brands just to highlight because I did some research, a little detective under the cover

research. And I found out some interesting things about some of the brands that I am going to

everything. So it's one thing to list everything and then make the consumer decide if they want

to consume it, right? But then it's another thing to just hide stuff. Another thing I have an issue with is marketing. You know,

they may list certain ingredients on the package, but they market it as gut health, clean,

X, Y, and Z. It's going to help you de-blote. It's going to help with your IBS when, on the
