Guys, it has been a hot minute since I've been behind the mic, but I am so excited to be back.

Let me just say that this has been the break that I needed, first and foremost.

But I'm back. We're not going anywhere. Just trust me.

I had to get all my marbles back and collected all my ducks in a row. You know, we have those

moments in life. And as I was reflecting on the podcast and what it's been, honestly, for like

the past three years, I just wanted to take a little bit of a pause and reflect

and see what have I done that I really love and want to continue? What have I done that, you know,

like I would want to pause and not continue? What do I do that I could do better and different

or more spicy for you girlies? The team and I just took a pause. I actually hired a coach, a life coach.

I want to get all my things in order. Probably one because I'm an enneagram three. If you don't know
