Happy, Jerry. So Alan, I mentioned this book, but you've got some other books out there. Tell me about the other books you've got available right now.

Yes, sir. The first book I wrote was

Southern ghost stories, historical hauntings. We did something ghost stories ghost of Gallatin and then something ghost stories

Haunted hotels and the last ones, Murphries for our spiritual stones river. What got you started into the paranormal?

What what is it that about these stories that made you write so many books on paranormal occurrences?

In the 30s and 40s my great grandparents bought two acres in Nashville from a guy

These families judge John Obritton. He was in Jackson's campaign manager best friend

He had a working plantation outside of Nashville and my great grandparents bought two acres of metal home there on his own plantation

Well another five my great-grandmother's very poor hell and they put our nose in home

So I'm in the house kind of managed the property and the first night I was there and trash can moved eight feet in old night

So that was just really strange my time there were things having TVs turned off and on lights to turn off and on

There's a lot of weird stuff and

Finally, I hopped to the answer walked over to the mansion travelers rest. I spoke to a associate there

I said look, where things happen in the maze is place on it. I'm like, oh no sir

I'm gonna assure you here. We talk about the over-to-family in 18th century nothing happens here. I saw a lady in her car as I was leaving

And I said the same question. She's like well honey. It's really haunted. I can't talk about it

So kind of confirmed everything and but the crazy things before the overtens live there when Oates and built the house
