Welcome to the show today. You guys, I am smack dab in the middle of spring break.

And I have a strong suspicion.

Even though I'm recording this a couple of weeks before,

then I'm gonna be doing nothing and enjoying it.

Whatever you are doing today, I am really glad that you chose to spend about 45 minutes with me and my friend Scarlett today.

One of my favorite things is hearing how you guys listen to the podcast,

or maybe I should say where you are when you listen to the podcast, so many of you driving, so many of you out on a run,

and I like to imagine myself running right beside you.

My friend Scarlett Hiltabital is back on the show again.

She was here a while ago, but she's back because she's a new project out.

And we have a really great conversation today.

I love talking to Scarlett because I feel like we're such kindred spirits in so many ways.

Her new book is called You're the Worst Person in the World.

But she says a lot of times we say like, I'm the worst or I'm just a mess and then we stop there.

And she says we need to take it further and then involves Jesus being the best because it's freeing for us.
