Hey, ladies, welcome back to our Christmas episode of the podcast. And I only have one

quick announcement today before we jump right into the episode because I know that the

Christmas season in December just gets so busy and that none of us have a lot of time.

So I'm going to try to make this short and sweet. And today we're going to be talking about

celebrating the birth of our Savior and the gravity behind that. So we're going to be going

a little deeper into why do we celebrate Jesus in a manger? What is the bigger picture behind that? And my just hope and

prayer with this episode is to help you get a greater focus on Christ this Christmas season.

Because preparing for this episode and just all the reading that I've done has certainly done that for me.

It has helped me get a clearer focus on Christ, the gospel, and just really what the deeper

meaning behind this season is.

And so I did want to mention, this is my one quick announcement.

I did want to mention that if you're looking for a resource for diving in deeper into the meeting behind Christmas, that Jason

and I have just recently put together a brand new resource called the Christ-centered Christmas

kit. And we actually began working on this project three Christmases ago, three years ago.

But fall and Christmas always seemed to get so busy, and so it took us that long to finish it.
