I am your host, Jamie Valmay, and I'm glad you're here with us today.

We're talking about tips for handling those really busy, hectic seasons.

And this is a question that I keep getting asked over and over again in this last month.

We're in somewhat of a busy season.

I think it's not, it's definitely not like a super hard season, but it's very busy. So we are

preparing our house to sell. And with that, I mean, that's, you know, that's a pretty big task

in and of itself. But with that, we are also kind of renovating the house before we get it

listed and we're kind of on a time crunch that we got to get this done. And we're doing 100%

of the work ourselves, which it's funny on, I've been sharing like the progress on Instagram and

people are like, oh my gosh, you and Jason are just like so handy. That's so awesome. I want to

learn how to do this stuff. and i just laugh every time because

jason and i are not handy we don't know what we're doing we don't know how to do anything although

jason knows how to do like a million things now after this renovation um so we're not doing anything

too crazy our kitchen's great um but we had popcorn ceilings throughout the whole house um we had

really outdated

fans in every room. Our house was built in the 70s. So a lot of the stuff was the original 70s.

We have a beautiful kitchen. People are like, why are you renovating your house? Your house is
