Israel assassinated senior Hamas official Hassan Akhmad Farhad, Friday, April 4th. Is this a new

So we don't know much about him. Like a lot of these guys, they kind of live in this

anonymity until the Israelis killed him and then reveal some snippet of information.

Hamas did obviously claim him as one of their phone commanders. Explicitly, they called him the Mujahid commander, the Mujahid commander,

the martyred commander.

But they didn't elaborate on, you know, they said he'd be deviled the Zionist enemy for decades.

They didn't elaborate on what he did.

The Israelis, however, said that he was the commander of the western sector of Hamas' forces in Lebanon.

So he was allegedly responsible, according to the IDF, for the February 14th, 2024 rocket barrage on northern Israel city of Svath.

This killed one soldier and wounded eight others.

So it was previously unclaimed this attack.

Now we know who carried it out.

The IDF also said that in recent months, kind of their code word for post-seasfire,

post-November 20 27, 2024 ceasefire.

Lebanon is supposed to have been putting an end to all these activities,
