This is CBS, I am the world. I'm John Bachelor with Bill Rajo, Senior Fellow Foundation for

Defense of Democracy. He keeps the Long War Journal and posting on the Long War Journal

to our colleague David Diute of the FDD, writing most recently about a man named

Hassan Nasrallah. He is the Secretary General of Hezbollah. That

means he's the boss of mass murder. That's what he does. He's done this for

decades.

Nasrala and Hezbollah are associated with the Marine Barracks bombing of the Ronald Reagan

administration, you will recall.

And these many years later, the IDF in its effort to stem the barrage from the north

targeted a man named Shakur, Fouad Shakur in retaliation for all the conduct of the Hezbollah

peppering the northern area of Israel against civilians randomly with drones and

missiles. At the funeral for Shakur, Hassan Nasrala, who talks very

big often from an underground bunker somewhere in Beirut, issuedured a threat against Israel, saying Israel will weep for the death of this mass murderer Shakura.

It was about the same time that the Ayatollah in Iran who controls Nasrala and the Hezbollah

issued a threat over the death of another gang from another gang. It looked

at the time as if the two were going to work together.

Not only have they not worked together, but David, a very good evening to you.

Nasrallah is a threat many weeks ago, and that threat has not been acted upon. Is this a pattern with

him? He talks big and then we're supposed to forget it. Good evening to you David.

Good evening John. Thank you for having me on. It is a pattern. Often when Hezbollah's bark has to be louder than its bite, when they can't act upon their threats because of whatever constraint is weighing on them.

You'll see Nostrola come out and engage in this bellicose rhetoric, this posturing, and then subsequently whatever acts is taken doesn't measure up to the threat.

So when you look at the assassination of Flach sugar, the Israelis, if we recall, killed him
