The real life questions. So today, the first one, hey Whitney, I'm finding myself thinking worst case now that I'm a mom maybe sick I immediately go she's

going to be in the NICU or worse I used to handle things better before but now

it seems like I'm a mom I just can't. So a lot of this sounds like intrusive thoughts. It is that

worst-case scenario thinking where it really kind of snowballs. Yeah. So and we talked

about this in a previous episode but there is a difference between intuition

versus anxiety slash intrusive thoughts.

So the intrusive thoughts are worst case scenario.

It's going to be one of those, oh my baby has a

cough, oh my God, what if it's RSV? What if she ends up in the hospital? What if she

ends up in ICU? What if she ends up on a ventilator and da da da da da da da da.

And very quickly all the sudden you go from she has a cough to she's an I see you on a

ventilator because of RSV or whatever else. Right. So with that that deep
