And I felt so bad about it.

It's the first week I've missed since I started the podcast.

I felt so horrible.

But I spent last week in the south of France with my husband Matthews family.

And I brought all of my recording equipment with me.

And I was hoping that I'd be able to find

a time and a place where I could have enough quiet and enough privacy to record an episode.

And it just didn't work out. So I didn't post an episode last week. I'm so sorry. Welcome back.

I really missed you guys. I really didn't like not posting. So I am excited to be recording now. Hello. I've been

traveling for 12 days now. I came to Aberdeen for basically one day. I landed in Aberdeen at 10 a.m. on a Monday.

And then the next day, like Tuesday at 11 a.m. We flew to France. So I was in Aberdeen for 24 hours,

and then I got went to south of France, spent six days there, and now we're back in

Aberdeen, and then tomorrow I'm going to Edinburgh. So I'm going to give just a really quick

catch-up with you guys. And then we'll get into today's episode topic, which I'm super

excited about, because it is a
