| 0:20.6 | We're welcome to Country Squire Radio on Bo. And I'm John David. Hey, Bo, good evening, man. Man, good evening to you, sir. How you doing tonight? I couldn't be better. I'm sitting here drinking bootles gin with one of my best friends. And smoking Christmas cheer 2013. Oh, well, I'm sorry. What year was that? It was 2013. I've been on the hunt for this for a while. This is your Holy Grail. No, it kind of is. This is the, my most favorite Christmas cheer that I've personally found that McClellan has ever come out with that I've smoked has been 2013. And so I've been just on the hunt trying to collect cans and I don't, I'm very unsuccessful in finding them. I can't find them. Well, anyway, one of our good friends is like, man, I got a can of that sitting in the house. I never really liked it. And I was like, hold on, what year is that? And when he said it was 2013, I was like, I will give you vast quantities of tobacco and money. And he was like, man, you're just a good friend. I'll just come bring it to you. And I was, anyway, so he gifted me this 2013 Christmas year. Man. And it tastes absolutely. Didn't waste any time, by the way. Exquisite. No, right. Right to the shop. So, yeah, I'm just really, really enjoying it here. My, my brand new Costello 55 that I got at the Chicago Pipe Show, really happy about that. But yeah, man, it's just, I just couldn't be happier with my, with my tobacco and my friend and my, and my boodles. Man, I know that pipe is going to come up later on the show in terms of discussion, so I've got questions. Kind of a nice dovetail into maybe a question of the week. Man, speaking of dovetailing, how was this last past week's pipe show? Or I'm sorry, a pipe club meeting, rather. Man, it was great. It was great. Actually, of course, our friend Max Stokeby came in from STG Lane. And Max, good friend of the show, a great friend of Country's Choir Radio and also the shop. |
