| 0:56.1 | I am going to take my walk with you at the coldest part of the day. |
| 1:02.1 | Now, I understand, I recognize that for Myrtle Beach, we're not talking the type of cold weather |
| 1:10.1 | that has impacted Canada and a good chunk of the middle of the United States in the last several days. |
| 1:17.4 | But we're getting our version of this cold weather and potentially tomorrow could be the coldest December on record here in Myrtle Beach. So we'll see how that plays out, |
| 1:31.8 | but I'm going to exercise my cold weather muscles 24 hours from now. At the moment, though, |
| 1:38.6 | it actually feels pretty good. Consistency, Building a consistent habit is hard. |
| 1:46.7 | One of the reasons why it's a struggle is, quite frankly, weather. |
| 1:50.7 | A lot of people say weather is what prevents them from getting out, taking the walk, |
