And I love this series. It's called Open House.

And if you just dropped in on this series, it's a little bit of an insider thing,

but it's also a lot of an outsider thing. So I think everybody can be at home today.

We want to remember what we're supposed to be doing as a church, because people have a tendency,

I have a tendency. You have a tendency to forget. And if you came today and you don't come to church

a lot or you hand it in our church a lot of times, I really hope that you'll see a glimpse today

of what our church is all about. And then you could think about, maybe this is a place that we want

to link up and we want to lean into this kind of a church. The idea basically is that Jesus is

the Savior of the world, but Jesus has put us on earth to be His plan in the world.

So Jesus is the Savior of the world. That's kind of a question today at Passion City Church,

but He's put us, you and me, His followers on earth to be His plan in the world.

I'm just going to let that sink in for a minute, because that isn't blowing too many people away

so far, and that's my main idea today. So I'm kind of trying to figure out if I need a new talk,

or if I need to rewind or tell a funny story, or do a handstand, or what I need to do right now.

But that's the main idea today. It's that Jesus is the Savior of the world. So you don't have to save

anybody. You don't have to pay the price for anybody. You don't have to bring redemption to anybody.

You don't have to raise anybody out of spiritual death into brand new life. Jesus is that.

He's the only perfect one among us today, and He's going to be that to everyone on earth who

looks to Him to be that. So you don't have to be the Savior of the world, but all of us who know Him

have been commissioned by Him to be His plan in the world. In other words, when we look around,

you know, you read the paper, you hear the news right now. It's a crazy time, right, in America.

People are freaking out over this election cycle like never before. And in granite, it's interesting.
