Yeah, so Abby's not here because she overslept, so we're not doing that.

All right, so.

And Bert's not here, and this was specifically for him, but I'm going to go ahead and share

with you guys anyway.

So Bert has been lamenting that his Instagram algorithm is a little on the negative side.

It's terrible.

I can't open any social media network

without getting instantly depressed. So, and I mean, I do get some of that stuff, but I do,

I'm oddly proud of what I've curated on Instagram because I typically am laughing my butt off

and I'm constantly sending out memes and stuff like that to my friends.

Apparently they call that pebbling.

So is it penguins who do this?

Yes.

Yep.

So penguins will do pebbling where they bring little like treats to you or whatever to as a way of things.

And those are my memes are my little treats I send to people.

So I pebble

people all the time so in order to like save bert's Instagram algorithm if you two have found

yourself like in this lull and not even a lull but you feel like your cortisol rise every time

you log into social media because it's always doom and gloom, check out some of these people,
