Summary

I'm sure you have a lot to do. If you use a To-Do list, I'd like to pass on advice that will make your days much more fun. LOSE your "To-Do List." Replace it with a" Did I Do It List."   To-Do Lists make you an employee of your checkmarks. They cause more stress the longer they get.   A "Did I Do It List" assumes you know what must be done. Instead of chasing, you are checking to make sure you did it.   An un-focused path produces additional tasks to fill your day. Using a "Did I Do It List" will focus you on your goals and create quick results. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

How are you? Happy Wednesday. But today, I'm going to ask you to look at your crazy

0:22.9

to-do list. You probably have one of those repeating apps that are just taking your to-do's

0:27.4

and multiplying them like bunnies every single day. And I'm going to ask you to look at

0:31.6

in a different way that I've done for years. And I'll tell you where I learned this.

0:34.9

And the person I learned it from initially essentially wrote the book on it. And I caught

0:41.3

the lesson, so I'll share that with you today.

It is the Daily Boost. From MotivationAmov.com, the positive boost you need every single

0:49.5

day. Life begins when you move. My job partly is to get you off the sofa, get you moving.

0:56.3

But then because life gets in the way, or because you're so excited and then you

0:59.1

wear yourself out, we need to find a way to make sure you continue to go after your

1:02.7

goals. Have you ever done that? I bet you have. It means hard sometimes. You have a long

1:06.1

term goal. I just lost weight and got in shape and everything else. And I had a six-month

1:09.6

goal to do that as a long time without pizza and beer. You know what I mean, right? But

1:14.6

there's so many other things in life that are like that. So this show is focused on that.

1:18.6

So if you're showing up today and you can't get yourself moving, okay? I'm hoping to

1:24.7

give you a nugget today that's going to help you do that. And if you give your show

1:27.5

up today and you're, you're stalled and stumbling a little bit, lost your motivation.

1:32.0

Okay. I'm going to give you something to pull you forward just a bit today. Can I say

1:35.3

who I was? I'm not sure. Let's do it again. It can't hurt. It's me, Scott Logic. No, that's

1:40.2

not me. That's my name is Scott Smith. I have Scott Logic. And that's what I practice

1:43.8

here today. It's my version of Common Sense. I will share with you with the velvety tones

1:47.9

of my used to be really nice voice until it got nice and squeaky during the allergy season.
