Kristen just reminded me. I don't know how to relax.

You really don't man and I I mainly wanted to remind you

that you need those days because you're making me feel bad about not doing anything.

I don't need your freaking guilt trip over here. You're not being lazy, you're

recharging, your body needs rest. We have just gone non-stop, actually six days straight,

and it's, look at me,

it's okay to have a day where you don't do anything.

Do you, are you guys comfortable with the days

where they are not productive at all?

Slug-like even?

After a birth's big adventure trip?

Absolutely.

Yeah, you're okay with it yesterday.

I think I'm learning that it's better for your body to take a rest.

I've been kind of diving into my health journey and I'm the type of person that like if I have time and I have some energy

I will go to the gym and do just about everything I can to make the most that day but I'm

learning sometimes that's really counterproductive to your health that if you overwork yourself

you're not going to see the results that you're hoping for by being quote-unquote

productive. I had so much guilt just laying around yesterday. I went from the couch to my bed

forced myself to do like two or three errands just so I could say I did
