0:42.1	how do you maintain? How do you manage this until someone can come in here and kind of pick up
0:47.6	the torch and do more than you could on your own? Well, and I think we've gotten down to art form the way we handle it.
0:56.1	One, don't ever abandon your client.
0:59.5	When they've come to you for help and they're having ongoing experiences, you don't
1:04.3	just walk away from and say, we're done.

1:06.7	That's irresponsible as a client, you know, to do that to a client.
1:11.5	So the first thing we did was we kept in touch with her.
1:14.2	We asked her to keep track of what was going on on a piece of paper, log it, log everything
1:18.1	that happens.
1:20.2	We would get with her on a regular basis, and we did recommend cleansing just to keep it at bay.
1:27.0	It doesn't mean it's going to go away.
1:28.8	It just means we can do some things to limit what's going on.
1:36.1	Also, keep your head strong.
1:38.0	And I said, you can't be weak.
