tonight's talk is going to be on helping others without becoming overwhelmed or losing ourselves in the process.

How do we show up for others while at the same time not get emotionally triggered or overcome by another

person's emotional state.

So one of the harder things to learn in life is certainly that helping another human being

doesn't mean solving whatever situation they're in.

And this is a lesson that I for certainly, for certain, have to keep on learning.
