Welcome to enjoying the journey today in this very special edition series of current questions

and Bible answers.

Now, yesterday in our introductory study, we talked about the fact that questions are part of life.

They're a part of every life.

They are a part of all of life.

They are not going away.

Until we get to heaven, until we know even as we are known, until we are given the mind

of Christ and the eternal perspective perfectly, there are some things we're

not going to fully answer. There's some questions that are hidden from our understanding.

We're not God. There's no searching to his understanding. He's the infinite God. There is a wisdom

there that we cannot even scratch the surface of, But aren't you glad we have the Bible?

Aren't you thrilled that we have God's written revelation of himself? And there are certain things

we can answer for sure. And we began our study in Deuteronomy chapter six, verses 20 and 21, where

God said to Israel, when thy son asketh thee in time to come,

then thou shalt say unto thy son, questions and answers. We're going to return to that passage

to give some principles today that I hope will be helpful, but before I do, I want to point

something very interesting out to you.

I didn't notice this for a long time, but one day, as I was reading through these early books

of the Bible, I realized that this same formula, if you will, of questions and answers, questions

and answers, is repeated in each generation with Israel.

So Deuteronomy chapter 6, they are getting ready to go into the promised land.
