because I've gone I've gone big I've just turned all the heating on and the underfloor heating on

I've kept it a secret from the rest of the family and I'm just that's where my Christmas money is going on

the heating is going on the heating well the rest of the family won't notice because they just take it for granted. Yeah. They expect it to be warm, don't they? Well, as you can see, it's like ice station zebra in my house. Very nostalgic reference. I've got my big tigory, exactly, back to the 70s, Sunday afternoon films. Big tigerie furry thing. Actually, I have warmed up a bit, so I don't know how I'm going to take it off.

Oh, she's... But look, we're both wearing pink blouses. We've done it again. We're accidentally coordinating.

Never mind. Never mind. Anyway, let's say what's on our minds, shall we? Because we're coming to the ends of the season.

So we thought we'd do one of our little roundups of the things that we've learned.

So these are the like useful bits and bobs, aren't they, that we've learned from our guests.

So we're going to be talking about that today.

And then next week we've got our last little one of the season which is our Christmas

little Christmas special so so we're sort of not quite gone yet ladies um and Trish just

about your post-it notes the other day. And this is really interesting because we did a bit

of manifesting. I mean, we got drawn into it, didn't we, Trish? We didn't want to be left out for the

manifesting? No. Well, this was Trinney. Trinny Woodold told us this, didn't she, that she

manifests and she puts three big notes up above her computer where she works every day of the things that she wants to happen in live. So we both agreed we would do this at the start of 2025. And I put three up, but then Margo got up there and scratched them down.

She literally scratched these post-it notes off the wall.

I thought she's trying to thwart me.

And I wonder if it, because one of them was the address of a house that I've got my eye on,

my downsizing house. I found it. I found it.
