| 0:00.0 | I'm Brian Lehrer. This is my daily politics podcast from WNYC Studios. It's Wednesday, November 10th. |
| 0:14.4 | So now that the House has passed that physical infrastructure bill from President Biden, |
| 0:20.7 | it remains even more uncertain whether |
| 0:23.0 | the big human infrastructure initiative will have the votes to pass in either House of Congress. |
| 0:28.4 | Remember, progressives in the House had wanted to wait to approve physical infrastructure, |

| 1:34.9 | back better plan. |
| 1:35.9 | There's a lot more the agreement's going to do to encourage the physical and sure physical infrastructure |
| 1:41.8 | lays the foundation for a strong and durable and sustainable |
| 1:45.1 | competitive economy. |
| 1:47.4 | But what I want to talk about today is human infrastructure. |
| 1:51.1 | It's essential to that foundation as well. |
