Hello, this is Candice.

And Sarell from Closet Confessions, the show where we meet weekly to get some

confessions off our chest in my closet.

We are here to tell you about the British Red Cross and their Miles Refugees event,

a fun raising fitness challenge raising money for refugees in the UK and abroad.

The event takes place throughout June with participants choosing from six routes from varying lengths,

each representing a common refugee journey to reach safety.

You can make your Miles count however you like, you can run, swim, use a wheelchair,

it really is up to you.

Now I'll be taking part continuing to do what I always do.

I've been running every day for the last 114 days.

Day, I know.

Sounds a little bit crazy, but it really does pay off.

So that's how I'll be making up the Miles, what about you Sarell?
