I think oftentimes much of what people are angry about really isn't what they're mad about.

A lot of growth comes when we're able to tackle the thing we want to most run away from.

But when I'm disregulated, I often want to fight outwardly and run inwardly.

Absolutely.

We live in a world where if temporary peace that can only come externally

is how you can regulate, then you are always looking outward for peace. You are always looking

outward for regulation. Scorched Earth is the strategically involuntary move of someone with uncontrolled lava in their soul.
