time. These folks frankly, myself included, we have a lot to say about careers but

this time of year it's really important to me to share stories specifically about coming

See, when we speak up about our own experiences, we make the world around us a little safer for other people,

younger people just coming up, people who are closeted or struggling to come out of

their own closets. This feels particularly important in the moment
