oh yes indeed thank you for coming back while what is the week giving what is

today Wednesday yeah yeah um you know it's busy it's the semester is fully in

swing and I see clients all day and then I do the show and then I go to class so

it's like it today is my most hectic day but you know all things considered not

bad at all what about you how are you feeling I'm very anxious very weird it's

like that vibe where you have a lot of stuff on the horizon or a lot of stuff

that you're working on and anxiety is like oh girl all for nothing you're

gonna be very bad at this or not handle it well like I don't know but I am

moving about okay my eyes are open and my scientists are clear so that's

okay well a very wise person I know said that your anxiety is lying you're strong

and you're more than capable and I believe that for you two friends okay so

let's start with what is it we start to show with black eyes every time the

Negro is doing great let's give some honor to to individuals that I stand

first being Israe who's been named the creative director for next year's

American a black film festival also known as ABF she'll be creative

directing 2024 so we're closely with the co-founders Nicole and Jeff

Friday to program lineup for the festivals 28th edition it takes place in my

hometown of Miami well specifically Miami Beach which is not my hometown but

that's the different discussion we all have to have it will be taking place in

Miami Beach from June 12th to the 16th I'm a big fan of ABF I think I've only been
