the young trail phenom from Truckee, California, who is on an absolute tear this season.

Helen started her 2023 campaign with a win at a UTMB race in Argentina, then followed that up

with a double victory at both the Broken Arrow 46K and the speed goat 50k two of north america's

toughest and most important mountain races and at only 26 years old helen stock is unquestionably

on the rise and in just a month's time she's going to be lining up as a bit of a dark horse

against some of the world's best at CCC during UTMB week.

And I, for one, cannot wait to see her compete on that humongous stage.

This was my first time ever meeting or speaking with Helen.

I didn't know much about her, but it was super fun to chat to learn more about her story

and to help share it with more people in the trail running world.
