Frank came into the room last night, and I was sitting with some folks, and I said, see that

good-looking guy over there?

And they said, yeah, and I said, well, I get to hang with him in the morning.

I'm healing with him and I'm an alcoholic.

Something else that is important for you to know about me at the onset of my sharing with you today

is that I am a sister of St. Joseph. That means I am a nun,

if that word means more to you than sister. The important thing, as I'm talking, that you

remember, is that sisters make vows of poverty, chastity, and obedience. And that's significant in my sharing with you this morning.

And what a privilege it is to be here.

As I share with you this morning,

you're going to come to realize why Kansas

is got a very special place in my heart.

And this is one little section of Kansas

that I have never been to before.

And it is one section of Kansas that kind of seemed like

over the cliff in terms of the edge of the world.
