Yo, it's Brian Rose from London Real. What's up you crazy cats? Just wanted to check in with you as 2012 is almost finished.

What a crazy year it's been for us at London Real. We started off in January, not even having

guests I think. And we finish off the year. Came off the Joe Rogan show and we're just about to clock 10 million downloads on iTunes.

It's pretty mind-blowing that whole number.

I try not to think about it too much, but it's been a crazy ride and it's been a real growth experience for

for all of us you know it's amazing how much we've changed just by doing the

show you know I've drank Iowa

three times now, something I would have never considered

even a year ago, a year and a half ago.

I made some changes with myself.

I moved in with a long-time girlfriend again

something I would have never considered doing so I hope I hope you've also made

some changes to in your lives you know all living things grow and hopefully you know this

podcast inspired you somehow to do something different. I get a lot of emails

from guys to start rolling Jiu-Jitsu, other emails, people that change their diet,

started meditating.

So, you know, that's what I love to hear, you know, and I hope this has affected you guys

in some positive way. We got even crazier people than that out there. We got

Wichita Reel in the house this week, these guys in Kansas, the start of their own podcast.

We got Twin Cities Reel in Minnesota. They dropped one show on us. We're expecting more from those guys.

Really enjoyed their first one and we'll have Victoria Real coming at us very soon I'm told in British Columbia, and a few more, definitely.
