Welcome to our Wednesday's broadcast of the Gospel Truth.

I am nearly at the end of nine weeks of teaching verse by verse through the book of Hebrews,

and I've written a commentary, a digital commentary

on this computer here that covers 27,000 verses out of the 31,000 verses in the Bible. And we have

taken the footnotes that are on the book of Hebrews, and we've put them in this 200-plus page

hardback book. This coming Friday is going to be my last day to make this offer over television.

So I know that many of you have been blessed by this. Hebrews is one of the most important books

in the entire Bible, and it is specifically to get us out of the old

covenant way of relating to God and into the new covenant way that Jesus made for us. And very few

Christians have made the transition. And that's the reason that they don't really understand

the book of Hebrews. If you can understand the book of Hebrews, it will catapult you into a mature walk with the Lord. So this is really important.

So we're now in Hebrews chapter 12 and in verse 25.

And let me just say that the entire book of Hebrews is to transition people

from the old covenant way into the new covenantvenant Way into the New Covenant way,

and the New Covenant is infinitely superior to the Old Covenant.
