Welcome to our new project, the Daily Bible Devotional. The goal is to help you understand and apply

scripture as you go through a New Testament Bible read five days a week, Monday through Friday,

as we move from Matthew straight through to Revelation. In under four minutes each morning, we will recap the chapter,

make some application, present thought questions for the day, and offer a prayer together.

I'm excited about exploring God's word with you, so let's get started.

Thanks for joining today. We're going to wrap up the book of Hebrews as we conclude in chapter 13.

The Hebrew letter concludes with practical instruction for daily Christian living.

Disciples are urged to care for one another, extend hospitality to strangers,

and remember those who suffer, including those in prison or facing

mistreatment. The sanctity of marriage must be honored, and hearts should be free from the love

of money, trusting in God's unwavering presence and provision. They are reminded to respect and learn

from their spiritual leaders, recognizing that Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever.

Strange teachings should be avoided, and attention must remain on grace.

Jesus cleansed them by his blood, and believers are called to praise God, do good, and share

with others in Jesus' name. The message concludes with a prayer for peace and a call to live under

God's grace.

Quite a little assortment of tips and strategies for life there about marriage and hospitality and different things.

It stands out to me that fighting strange teachings will mean grasping grace more fully.

We are called to demonstrate our faith with love, consistency, and gratitude.

We care for one another, greet others with kindness, and we remember those who are suffering.

We honor marriage, hold lightly to material things, trusting that God will always be with us.

We look to our spiritual leaders as examples and follow their guidance as they direct us to Christ.
