Hey, it's great to be here, Sean and Scott.

Well, let me start off by asking to kind of a broader question,

if that's okay, before we jump into the particulars of your book.

You've been pasturing for three decades,

and I'm curious, how have the question change that you get asked as

a pastor or the issues you have to address through this period of time?
