There's something so romantic about winter and I don't know whether that's just because

I'm a bit of a homebody and I love a 5th.

But I think it's just the holiday period, it's just for me, it's the most romantic period.

And I think anyone who's listened to my records will know that I'm quite a big fan of romance.

So in this increasingly dire moment for the country, I wanted to bring on Heather McDonald

So one of your main things you cover is the police and crime and I can't help but notice

that after 20 years of some of the best crime statistics ever, we are plummeting into

a new 1970s, 1980s version of high crime, especially the murder rates are shooting up.

What are you seeing on the crime statistics and why is it happening?
