Welcome to the Boneyard with Steve Robertson. As always, I am your good friend and host Steve Robertson here on the Saturday edition. I had hoped to get you guys an edition on Friday. I thought about doing it Thursday night, but I remembered I had to get up early, early, early Friday morning to get on the road to Gainesville. And so plus not to mention too, we didn't have a whole lot to talk about since we did our Florida preview on Wednesday's show. I guess I was technically, I don't know, what day was, Thursday, whatever day was. But anyway, the days are running together when you work every day. But I'm in Gainesville, Florida. So I might sound a little bit different today, and I apologize for that. I had to use an older mic. I didn't bring my regular mic with me. I've got a road mic that I use, and this building that I'm in is not necessarily the best for acoustics, shall we say. But you do what you have to do when you're on the road. I mean, the work's got to be done. You know, so here we are. And it was a difficult

night last night in Gainesville, Florida. Of course, I'm here to cover the baseball series and

giving you exclusive content over at jeanspage.com and posted a story this morning with Johnny Long,

his reaction to last night's game and how he feels like the team are going to bounce back.

Now, that article is a VIP piece, as is a one-on-one interview I did with Jeff Levy,

kind of about his thoughts about play design offensively.

Some big news on the basketball front, Cammer Matthews, announces that he plans to return

for one more season at Mississippi State.

That's huge.

You look at the development of Cam Matthews over the last few years,

especially what he's done in a Christian's,

and he may be the most improved player in recent memory at Mississippi State.

So getting him back is huge because you guys know,

Cam, in many respects, is the glue that holds us together.

Now, to give you a brief basketball transfer portal update, we've got a commitment we're going to talk about a little bit later than the show. But got to go get a five and a three. Got to get a five and a three. And everything that we hear leads us to believe that Josh Hubbard will return for a second season in maroon and white. Not exactly sure what you kill Moore is going to do.

I think things are going to be okay there. But with the new commitment, you know, he may think, well, hey, I don't want to be, you know, the third guy in a three-guard rotation, you know, and we'll see. Obviously, he's a competitor and he's a guy at times been very good for us. But that's kind of where things stand today. I look for state, obviously, to be very, very bullish when it comes to a five.

And when you've got the other pieces, but that's kind of where things stand today. I look for staying, obviously, to be very, very bullish when it comes to a five.

And when you've got the other pieces coming back, I think Cam Matthews really, really helps

in that regard.
