Now, it may surprise you that one in four women in the United States die of heart disease

every year. Heart disease is the most common cause of death in American women, according to the U.S.

Now, in the past, we only had to worry about men getting heart disease, but now we know that one in 16 women will have coronary heart disease.

The most common cause of heart disease for women is actually the narrowing or the blockage of

those coronary arteries that supply the blood vessels to the heart.

Now, as a nutritionist, the fundamental question I believe we need to ask is, what is causing
