Heart disease is the number one cause of death for both women and men in the United States. In this episode, we’ll focus specifically on men and heart disease. We’ll discuss the most common type of heart disease, the average age that men experience cardiac incidents versus women, risk factors for men, and which foods will support your heart and cardiovascular system. There are many myths and misunderstandings in the health and nutrition community when it comes to heart health, so we’ll cover those too to make sure you have a great plan to protect your heart health.

The Centers for Disease Control reported that 50% of our population is actually at risk of heart disease.
