My name is Brandy Burrow. I'm a licensed and registered dietitian here at Nutritional

1:45.5

like soybean oil and canola oil.

1:52.4

I consider ghee and tallow natural fats just like olive oil,

1:57.0

butter, nuts and seeds, avocados.
