in my house. How nice to be able to host a podcast here at home. And I'm able to do so because my

guest today actually lives not too far from me and in fact works inside the same building as me

at Merritt Street Media. Her name is Maddie Zerang, and she has become a really neat friend.

We're going to have a conversation today, really woman to woman.

She is a, she first of all, she's a marketing genius, and you're going to hear about her story.

She was behind Red Bull, one of their huge campaigns.

She knows some incredible people.

She's met astronauts.

You know, she can tell a story about marketing that's just so profound and really so

innovative.

But that's one of the reasons why I have her on today.

Not only is she so smart, but she is an incredible woman who

in her mid-40s is really learning the balance of career, family, motherhood, being a wife,

and prioritizing what matters. And I love having these heart-to-heart conversations with

really impressive women, because what we find out at the end, we all have so much more in common.
