They include the New York Times, CNN, ABC, the Idaho statesman, the Idaho Argonaut, which is the student-run newspaper at the University of Idaho, as they make this final push to lift the gag order in the Brian Coburger case.

is another big one ahead of next week's sentencing hearing in Boise, Idaho. I will be there.

St.S. will be there and we'll bring that to you live. And we're trying to work on a couple cool things while we're out there in addition to just the sentencing hearing.

So hello to everybody at STS. We're going to be taking you live to this critical court hearing

from Boise, Idaho. It'll be, I believe, in the same courtroom where Judge

Stephen Hibbler has been presiding over this case. He is going to hear arguments primarily

via Zoom, I believe, on whether to vacate what is known as the non-dissemination order. That is

otherwise known as the gag order that has kept this case under such a tight lid.

And if you'll recall back on May 9th, Dateline NBC, they ran a piece that had a lot of information that was believed to be under seal.

And Judge Hippler was not pleased about that.

There was debate about whether it was right for NBC to release that.

They're the media entity reporters are going to report.

That's what they did.

The real issue Judge Hitler seemed to have was with the government and or the defense,

whoever was leaking that information.
