| 1:20.0 | fitness communities there is a lot of keto hate mainly because a lot of people are doing it |

| 1:30.4 | chasing fat bombs and so on which it's very much because of again a little bit |
| 1:38.0 | of misinformation so when people say that it's not possible to build muscle |
| 1:43.9 | and keto well I know that's not possible to build muscle on keto, well, I know that it's not |
| 1:47.0 | true mainly because I've done it myself for the last 23 years. |
| 1:51.0 | I've been on ketosis for the last 19 years. |
| 1:55.0 | I've been strength training for 23. |
| 1:58.0 | And yeah, I started training not on on keto but I built basically all my physique |
| 2:03.6 | while following a ketogenic diet. |
| 2:06.6 | So we have to understand that the main driver for muscle building is of course strength training. |
