I am healthy. I am strong. I am getting closer and closer to the healthiest

weight for my body every day. I am worthy of a body that I feel proud of. And I'm

determined to achieve my body's healthiest weight and my dream fizzy. I am

disciplined. I am consistent. And I choose healthy results over any

temptations that arise. I choose my dream body with every healthy choice that I

make. I love the body I have. And I love the body that I am shaping with all

of my positive choices. Every day I'm feeling healthier, slimmer, tighter and

lighter. I nourish my body with fresh, clean food. I drink lots of water and I
