| 1:09.8 | I mean, I think for us, it was probably that first year marriage at the end of that. |
| 1:17.6 | We both coming out of college, we a lot of energy, all this kind of stuff. |
| 1:23.3 | And basically, Nancy tried every recipe her mom had that first year married. |
| 1:28.9 | We both, at the end of that time, were heavier than we ever had been. |
| 1:32.4 | Now, I think we didn't look bad, but we knew we were, it was bothering us. |
| 1:38.1 | We didn't feel quite as good. |
| 1:39.6 | We didn't quite have as much energy. |
| 1:41.3 | And I can remember just sitting down and said, we can't keep eating like this. |
