I'm Susie Larson, so honored to get to spend this time with you.

In fact, I look forward to bringing you conversations every single day that hopefully inspire you in your faith walk,

the deep in your understanding of God's Word, and that heightens your awareness of his very real presence in your life. Well, we're talking today a bit about the COVID-19

virus, how to build up your immunities in mind, body, and spirit, even relationally. You can build

up your relational immunities by putting time into the things that matter. How do we build up our

lives so that when the storms come, and they do, and we're in one,

that we'll still be standing when it's all said and done?

Well, every month we have our good friend, Dr. Troy Spurrell, on the show to talk health and the

healing process.

So today we're going to talk about the virus and what he's seeing, what he's hearing, what he can give us as advice, as perspective, how not to panic and fear in a time

of pandemic fear. And I want to just a quick caveat here, I say this every month, but Dr. Troy

isn't here to diagnose you over the airwaves. And his advice isn't meant to take the place of

your physician. He's always, he would say this as well, always consult your own doctor

before making any changes to your program. So we'll talk a bit about the virus for the first few minutes,

the Lord that he'll lead us by his spirit.
