presence in your life well you can probably tell i'm live, I think, for the first time in two weeks.

I've been battling COVID, which turned into walking pneumonia, so it's been no picnic for me,

and I'm on my way out, but I confess I still have a little bit of a cough, and so I have a cough button

handy, and I don't think I would have gone live, if not for my guest today, Dr. Troy, because

I can just maybe go quiet, and he can talk for the whole hour if I need him to. But you know

that if you listen often enough that we have him on once a month, and he's a favorite for so many of us and he's just invested in so

many of our healths and he just really believe that we're here today to have a really important

conversation on multiple levels but I don't want you to wait till the bottom of the hour

so often is the case by texting your questions get him into me now text your questions now

You know, it's, again, but no joke. It's been a hard battle, but it's God is good. And if not for

the intervention of my three doctors, I don't know where I would be.

So I'm super, super grateful.
