1:15.0

No kidding. This is going to be absolutely packed full of information. One of the reasons that I'm excited about it is that I'm so prepared for it.

This past week is the first week that I have started incorporating a morning routine. And I've been seeing this all over the place and it's talking about world-class performers and people that are at the peak of their game have really adopted a morning routine into their daily life.

1:37.0

And I thought, what would that look like for me in the particular space of life that I'm in right now? And my job currently is to focus on producing an awesome show for you guys twice a week on Mondays and Fridays.

3:25.0

So by first of all, getting that exercise component done early in the morning in a dedicated spot going to the library with all of that done. All of those kind of things that are competing for your attention. Oh, I, I shoulda, you know, woulda coulda shoulda type stuff is out of the way.
