I wanted to get into health care in this hour taking a step back from the craziness

going on with Trump and what's going on you know this this tragic

betrayal of American values and American allies in Syria we had a green

be rea go to the press and say we are ashamed. But beyond that Trump is

also betraying Americans and allowing Americans to die.

And it's not just Trump, it's Trump and the entire Republican Party.

And I say this without hyperbole, this is not an exaggeration. I refer you to a piece from

MSN, Microsoft Network, MSN.com, the headline, The Medicaid Experiment in Arkansas.

Thousands lost coverage, few gained jobs.

What happened was in Arkansas,

Governor Asa Hutchinson, the Republican, they have a Republican controlled legislature as well.

They passed this law that said that if you're on Medicaid, now Medicaid is health care for basically low-income people.

There's two kinds of Medicaid.

There is the basic Medicaid, which is typically for people who make up to

two or three thousand dollars a year.

I mean truly destitute people qualify for Medicaid in pretty much all the states.

And then there's the Medicaid expansion that came along with Obamacare,

which is for people who make between two or three thousand dollars and up to

you know between fifteen and eighteen thousand dollars depending on the state,
