Welcome everyone to today's episode of the Lindsay Elmore show. So often in Western medicine,

people are given cookie cutter solutions for unique problems. There seems to be a lack of drive

to create customizable programs geared towards healing and instead we use a pill for every ill

without addressing why does this problem exist in the first place. Oftentimes when we start looking at those root causes, we understand that there

are only a few reasons that disease exists. It could be stress, it could be toxins, it could

be allergens and food allergies, could be chronic infections or nutritional deficits or

excess, sedentaryism, lack of exercise, our sociogenomics, our genes, as well as the

relationship to the world around us all play in to root causes of illnesses.

The problem is there aren't enough people truly willing to take the time to help people understand which combination of sleep and exercise
