Hey, Matt. Hey, how's it going? Hope you're doing good. We are sitting on the side of the beach where just yesterday, we were interrupted by a French couple who were having a bit of a squabble, if you will.

They, one of them, you know, the man, he was soaking wet. And the other girl, she was dry and she had her arms crossed.

They were walking towards us. And I could tell someone was going on. When they interrupted us,

they said, hey, can we ask you a question? We said, yeah. And they said, you know, what does the

word shallow mean? There's a sign over there that says, beware, shallow water. What does it mean?

And I told him it means not very deep. And he looked at her and said, see, I knew it. I knew it. And she was like,

oh, right. And then they kind of walked away. And I was thinking about that because our kids, for example,

they need healing a lot. You know, they fall down a lot.

They scrape their knees almost every single day.

And they constantly need to be bandaged up.

And that couple, they, like any other relationship, ran into a moment where they need

healing, you know.

Relationships are always going to take nicks and bruises that need healing.

Life is always going to push you down.

And you're always going to have to decide to get back up and to heal from whatever just happened.

And so what was it that brought healing to that young couple yesterday?

It was the truth.

They recognized the word shallow, but they didn't realize its definition.

They recognized the truth, but they didn't realize the truth. There has to be a realization in the

mind of the person who needs healing in order for them to accept that healing and move on from it.

You can recognize that you're sick, but once you go to the doctor and you realize what

it is that's sick about you, then you can begin the process of healing. Amen. And so today we're
