and how it applies to everyday life. My name is Locawani, your host, and today Alex is preaching

about being healed. In the Bible, we see different types of healing, which is like spiritual healing,

emotional healing, and throughout the gospels, we see a lot of physical healing, which we'll be

getting into today. And so in this episode, Alex will be talking about what that means,

and why we need healing, why we can't get healing, and how to get healing by continuing our series

in Matthew chapter four. If this is your first time listening, last week we talked about being

by giving God my thoughts in my time, leaving distractions behind to follow him. I love that.

That we're so easily distracted. Shawnee said, not worrying about the things I have done or the

things I would do in the future, and making sure I surrender it all to God and let his will be

Now Jesus began to go all over Galilee teaching in their synagogues, preaching the good news of the

kingdom and healing every disease and sickness among the people. Then the news about him spread

throughout Syria. So they brought to him all those who were afflicted, those suffering from various

diseases and intense pains. The demon possessed the epileptics and the paralytics and he healed them.

Large crowds followed him from Galilee, the decapolis Jerusalem Judea and beyond the Jordan.

It's Christmas time and the virgin birth shows us how God heals us. Why did Mary have to be a virgin

in order to be the Messiah's mother? It's because our first parents Adam and Eve
