Today I want to share about abdominal breathing. In through the nose and out by pushing the abdomen. Let it go naturally out. Follow nature's way. If you breath and your abdomen goes in, that's perfect. Breathe out and the abdomen goes out. Do not force it. Both ways are perfect. The key is to watch a new-born baby. That baby will use abdominal breathing.
