I have a little bit of a nasally thing going on.

I have allergies.

My breath is a little bit short today, so I appreciate your patience, but I feel good

regardless, you know, at the core, at the foundation, through spirit, you know, I feel

good.

And today, a lot of people have actually been asking me one question, which I think is

a really important topic to go over.

Since it's something that we all experience, it's something that we all go through, and

it's something that is a natural process of life, but it's something that we definitely

struggle with.

And that is griefing, right?

That is grief.

A lot of times we go through grief and we just, not sure how we're going to make it

through to the other side.

And while we're in it, it's painful, right?

It brings on depression, anxiety, you know, worry, right?

Because we're not able to focus our mind and we're fished at it on this thing that we

lost.

You know, someone could have passed away, you know, it could have been a last love of ours,

you know, and grief is painful.

I remember one time I was grieving and I went to see a mentor of mine at the time.
